Metal Pressing

 

  • Press capacity ranging from 5 to 200Tonnes.
  • All Volumes catered for, from Prototype through to high volume production runs.
  • Full range of materials processed, including Brass, Aluminium, Stainless, Duplex, Copper and Mild Steel.

Metal Spinning

 

  • PNC Controlled Machine for accurate and consistent parts.
  • Spinning is the perfect process for cylindrical and conical shapes.
  • This process can be combined with our pressing capability to provide the complete solution.
  • Parts can be spun in a wide range of materials, from the softer non ferrous metals through to the harder specialist steels like Duplex and Stainless Steel.
