| Jeff Crowder the Managing Director of Harnser Systems Limited, the parent company of the UK distributorship Eazi Lift, is the person behind the concept of the Harnser Window Crane. His experience in the window industry helped him identify a demand for such a lifting device, especially as Health and Safety regulations where becoming increasingly stringent. He took his concept to a patent expert in order to protect his idea. It was this patent expert who recommended Ladbrook on the strength of some of their previous projects.
